Pekol, Rose (13 May 1905 - 6 March 1987)
Rose T. Pekol Loyal--Services will be at 11 a.m. at the Rinka Funeral Home, Loyal, for Mrs. Rose T. Pekol, 81, Loyal, who died at 10:30 p.m. at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.
The Rev. Dennis Lynch, of St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Loyal, will officiate. Burial will be in Holy Family Cemetery, Willard.
Visitation will be after 4 p.m. today at the funeral home, and on Tuesday prior to services.
She was born May 13, 1905, at Joliet, Ill., to Frank and Theresa Klancher, and attended schools there.
She was married to Joe Pekol Oct. 11, 1933, at Chicago. He died in 1980. They lived in Chicago until 1956, when they moved to Willard, and in 1977, to Loyal.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Gloria Finik of Loyal, and Mrs. Susan Hamilton of Willard, Ohio; three sisters, Mrs. Mike (Genevieve) Roach of Bristol, Ill.; Mrs. Berniece Pierson of Miami, Fla., and Mrs. Ann Meader of Joliet; a brother, Rudy Klancher of West Frankfort, Ill; four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren .
She was predeceased by her parents.
