Jahr, Robert Frederick Franklyn (21 MAY 1942 - 4 OCT 1942)

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon for Robert Fredrick Franklin Jahr at the Jaster Funeral Home, Neillsville, the Rev. William A. Baumann of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran church, officiating. Robert, four-month-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Linton Jahr, Neillsville, route one, died Sunday, Oct. 4, at the Jahr home.

The infant was born May 21 of the year in the town of Washburn. He had been ill since he was three weeks old, and had been cared for at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield, for nine weeks before being brought back to the Jahr home.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Bonas, Loyal, grandparents of the deceased, attended the funeral services. Mrs. Jahr was formerly Miss Mildred Bonas.

The bereaved are offered the sincere sympathy of the tribune.
