Norbert Neal Castner, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Royal Castner, born Nov. 16, 1942, passed away Saturday Nov. 28. Funeral services were held at the home of the parents, near Loyal, Tuesday, Dec. 1, at 2 p.m., the Rev. Myron E. Taylor officiating. Burial was in the Loyal Cemetery.
