GREENWOOD -- Robert Worden, 83, of Greenwood, Wisconsin died Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2008, in the Palliative Care Unit at Saint Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.

A memorial service will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 23, at Community Alliance Church, Withee.

Robert was born April 11, 1925, to Wesley and Neva Worden. He married Jean Berrett on June 13, 1946. They farmed near Greenwood until 1971. He also drove school bus for 31 years for the School District of Greenwood.

Survivors include his children, Taree (Colleen) Worden, Green Bay, Denise (Chuck) Lindner, Greenwood, and Scott (Ramona) Worden, Greenwood; four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and a brother, Warren Worden, Menomonie, Mich.

Preceding him in death were his wife, Jean; his parents, and brother, Ken Worden.
