St. Mary’s Catholic Church at Colby was the scene of the wedding on May 1 (1948) of Miss Shirley Mae Brehm, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Brehm of Colby, and Amos W. Foster, son of Mrs. Theresa Foster of Marshfield. Attendants for the couple were Miss Jane Foster and Roger Orth.

Both the bride and groom are graduates of the Colby High School. They are residing in Marshfield.
