Parkhill, Jesse Freemont (11 Nov. 1862 - June 1928)
PARKHILL—Funeral services for Jesse F. Parkhill, 60, veteran railroad man of Superior (WI), who dropped dead while on his way to work Saturday night, will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Elks home, of which lodge Mr. Parkhill was a member. Rev. Guy L. Hill, Episcopal church, will officiate. Interment will be in Greenwood cemetery (Superior, WI). The Order of Railway Conductors, lodge No. 288, to which Mr. Parkhill belonged, and the Elks lodge will attend the services in a body. The remains will be taken to the Elks home at 11 o’clock Thursday from the Parkhill residence at 506 Fourth avenue East, and will lie in state until the hour of the service.
Note: JESSE FREMONT PARKHILL, was born 11 November, 1862 in Clockville, NY. He was one of seven sons of ELI TIMOTHY PARKHILL and his wife SUSAN ANN (NILES) PARKHILL, of Colby, WI.
