Angela Moniqe Volpe and Dale Allen Frane of St. Paul announce their engagement.

Angela is the daughter of John and Dottie Volpe, St. Paul. She is a 1997 graduate of the Academy of Accountancy in Bloomington, MN and is employed as a credit and collections analyst of TSI Inc., in Shoreview, MN.

Dale is a 1999 graduate of Northcentral Technical College in Wausau and is employed as a radio repair technician for Advance Wireless Communications in Lakeview, MN.

A September 12, 2009 wedding is planned.
