Becker, Donald (10 Jan. 1925 - 28 Oct. 1956)
Donald Becker, a prominent town of Hull dairyman, died of a heart attack at his home Sunday at 1:00 A.M. Funeral services were held at the Lulloff Funeral Home at 9:00 o’clock Wednesday morning, Rev. Joachim Orlowski, temporary pastor of St. Mary’s Catholic church officiating. Military burial rites at the Colby (Colby, Clark Co. Wis.) Cemetery were in charge of the Colby Veterans of Foreign Wars. Pall bearers were Harold Wiersig, Harold Miller, Orville Fricke, Leo Leffel, Ed Sloinker and Norman Guetschow.
Mr. Becker was born in the town of Colby on January 10, 1925, and was married on March 20, 1948, to Laura Hoernke.
He is survived by his wife, one son, James, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Becker of Colby; a brother, Wilmer of town of Hull, four sisters, Mrs. Herbert Martin and Mrs. Beauford of Marshfield, Mrs. Norbert Donnermeyer of Kaukauna and Mrs. Emil Fleischauer, Jr., of Stevens Point.
Mr. Becker, being of a friendly and honest disposition, had many friends here who will also remember him for his industrious habits and a man who always endeavored to perform his duties honestly and well.
