Brandt, Henry (20 May 1910 - 27 Oct. 1956)

Henry Brandt, employed by the Roddis Plywood Corporation of Marshfield, Wisconsin, died unexpectedly of a heart attack at 10:15 Saturday morning while he and his son were at the rifle range four miles ***missing content*** east of Colby on "N." Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon in Zion Lutheran church in Colby, Wis., Rev. Wm. R. Christian officiating, and burial was made in the Colby (Colby, Clark Co. Wis.) Cemetery. Pall bearers were Clarence Neck, Ted Baumgart, Mel Singstock, Martin Schjoneman, Louis Schulz, Morris Anderson.

Mr. Brandt was born on May 20, 1910, in the town of Eau Pleine, Marathon county, and was married on December 12, 1933, to Isabelle Schade at Milan. After living in Stratford for several years, the couple moved to Colby, Wis.

He is survived by his wife; one son, Dennis; a daughter, Phyllis; two brothers, Carl and Walter of Stratford; one sister, Mrs. Albert Schroeder of of Stratford.

Mr. Brandt was of a pleasant and sympathetic nature and his circle of friends will also remember him as one who always tried to perform his duties to the best of his ability.
