Timothy Plunkett of La Crosse visited Saturday at the home of his
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Plunkett.
Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Johnson
attended the graduation from Plymouth High School of their granddaughter, Lois
Prust on Thursday. Lois is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Prust.
Mr.
and Mrs. Ralph Kebl of Marshfield and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Kebl,
spent the weekend in Deerfield, Ill., with Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Pernic. Mrs.
Pernic is the former Dorothy Kebl.
The adult fellowship met Sunday
evening in the Zion United Church of Christ. Vice Pres. Theodore Abel presided.
The group discussed paying dues and decided that after electing new officers in
November, yearly dues will be paid. Following the business meeting games were
played. A lunch was served by Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Wessel and Mr. and Mrs. Ewald
Schwarze. The next meeting will be held July 19. Hostesses will be Mrs. Hazel
Helwig, Mrs. Alice Perkins and Mrs. Erna Wehrman.
Guests Saturday at the
home of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Voie were their children and grandchildren, Mr. and
Mrs. Emory Voie and daughter, Karla, and Mr. and Mrs. Ed Wegert of Fond du Lac,
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Grams and four children of Milwaukee, and Mr. an Mrs. Harold
Dunn of Eau Claire.
Friends were entertained at a triple birthday supper
Friday evening at the home of Mrs. Irvin Carl. Birthday honorees were Mrs. Carl,
Mrs. Alice Speich and Mrs. Clara Liebzeit.
Mrs. Donald Cox was admitted
Friday to Memorial Hospital in Neillsville.
Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Speich of
Rockford, Ill., spent the weekend with their parents, Mrs. Jake Speich and Mr
and Mrs. Otto Kind, Sr.
