The local cheese factory owned and operated by Fred Laabs reports that the month of June just passed was the heaviest month in milk since the factory started.
The farmers of the community who deliver their milk to this factory received for their milk during this month over $10,000.00
While we are not familiar with the reports month by month of any factory in this or adjoining communities we believe it is safe to say that the local factory is receiving as much milk as any factory in the territory round it.
We also know that the patrons of this factory are receiving that service and satisfaction which is only given by a buyer of milk whose honesty and fairness is above reproach in every way.
To have a sum of money such as it mentioned above paid out to farmers in a community like Curtiss in size is a wonderful thing and Mr. Laabs is to be congratulated, as are also the farmers in this territory for this splendid showing.
