Marilyn A. Parker, age
73, of Abbotsford, passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2013, at Ministry St.
Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield.
A Celebration of Marilyn’s life will be
held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 31, 2013, at the Maurina-Schilling Funeral
Home in Abbotsford. The Rev. Kenneth Dix will officiate. A time of visitation
will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
A private committal service will take place at a later date.

Marilyn A. Parker, age 73, of Abbotsford, passed away on Sunday,
August 25, 2013 at Ministry St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield.
A

Marilyn was born on September 22, 1939 in Elgin,
IL, the daughter of William and Alice (Watzlawick) Rendl. She graduated from
High School in Dundee, IL in 1957. Marilyn was united in marriage to William
Parker on October 19, 1962 in Woodstock, IL. He preceded her in death on
December 9, 2008.
She worked at Kramer’s County Market. Marilyn enjoyed
knitting, camping, canning, cooking, gardening, but mostly spending time with
her family.
Marilyn is survived by her children: Melody Ann (Kevin)
Kamphausen, Woodstock, IL, Mary Ann Tinsley, Wausau, Susan Marie (William)
Lohse, Chetek, Debbie Sue (Robert) Garbisch, Loyal, Tammy Lynn (Harold) Hansen,
Wild Rose and Kathy Sue (Chuck) Tompkins, Abbotsford. She is further survived by
13 grandchildren: Dawn, Darren, Jacob, Andrew, Kira, Mallorie, Jennifer, Kayla,
Mari-Lyn, Ken, Wyatt, Paige and Emilie, seven great-grandchildren, other
relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her
husband, William; her son William Doyle Parker, Jr. and her grandson, Richie
Tinsley.
