A ham dinner will be served at Immanuel Lutheran Church at the Mission
Festival on July 26.
Mr. and Mrs. Earl Lichter and son of Westmont, Ill.,
were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Victor Schlinkert recently. They also visited
her sister, Mrs. Conrad Kaiser, in Marshfield for several days.
Fritz
Kieselhorst of New London, visited the Rev. and Mrs. Russell Kloehn and
daughters at the Victor Schlinkert home Wednesday afternoon, and was a supper
guest.
Mr. and Mrs. Louis Dux and family and Mrs. Gordon Thoma and
children visited their home folks, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Dux, Monday evening.
Miss Lorraine Schoenherr of Waukesha came Saturday and visited her mother,
Mrs. Hedwig Schoenherr, her brother, Victor, and other relatives and friends.
Mr. and Mrs. Paul Kuenkel and son visited Mr. and Mrs. Frank Thoma Sunday
evening.
Mrs. Charles Henchen and daughters attended the 30th wedding
anniversary party of her aunt and uncle in Sparta Sunday afternoon.
Mr.
and Mrs. Charles Henchen have sisters and a brother from Fairchild visiting them
a few days this week.
Carl Grap of Milwaukee was a house guest of Mr. and
Mrs. Frederick Grap, Jr., and family a few days earlier this week.
The
Rev. and Mrs. Russell Kloehn and daughters of Tappen, N. D., visited her
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Victor Schlinkert, and her sister, Vanda, for a week.
Sunday they had as their guests Mr. and Mrs. George Engstrom and her mother,
Mrs. Bertha Guk, Peter Kaiser and Mrs. Conrad Kaiser, all of Marshfield; Mr. and
Mrs. Earl Engstrom of Neillsville; and Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Neinas of Chili at
a cookout.
Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Vincent and daughters were supper guests of
his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Vincent, in Neillsville Sunday.
Mr. and
Mrs. Herman Dux, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Dux and family and her mother, Mrs. Hilda
Thoma, and Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Thoma and children observed the birthdays of
Frank and mary Kozubik at their home Tuesday evening.
