Ritzel, Joseph A. (5 March 1886 - 2 August 1970)

Funeral services for Joseph A. Ritzel, 84, of Neillsville, who died August 2, were to be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. from the Georgas Funeral Home. The Rev. D. Eugene Sprague was to officiate, with burial to be made in the Neillsville City Cemetery.

Mr. Ritzel was born March 5, 1886, in Neillsville. He worked as a woodcarver in Chicago and Pennsylvania. He returned to Neillsville in 1966.

Survivors include: two sisters, Saddie Ritzel of Chippewa Falls and Mrs. Carl (Gertrude) Thoma of Neillsville.
