The Women’s Guild will meet
in the Zion United Church of Christ today (Thursday). Mrs. Arthur Hendrickson
will be program chairman. Mrs. Rose Ludwig and Mrs. Lee Corey will be hostesses.
Calvin Franz has returned after a month’s visit in Sidney, Mont., at the
home of his brother, Harold, and family.
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Sisinni and
children, Suzanne, Anthony, Kathleen and Christopher, spent Friday with their
grandmother, Mrs. Christ Keiner and at the Hugh Severson home, enroute to Clear
Lake on a 10-day vacation.
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Tolaney and his sister,
Sister Mary Margaret, and Mrs. Mary Klune visited the Grotto Shrine at Rudolph
Sunday and spent some time in Baraboo.
Mr. and Mrs. Larry Dallman and
family moved Saturdays from the Jackson house on Division Street into their
newly-built home on Begley Street.
Mrs. Mary Klune has returned after
spending a month in Port Huron, Mich., at the home of her son, Ray, and family.
Miss Janet Brux and friend of Milwaukee spent the weekend at the home of her
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harlan Brux.
Miss Karen Toburen daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Delmar Toburen of Greenwood returned Tuesday from a trip to Europe. She
visited Denmark, Holland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France. It was a
six-week tour sponsored by a camp at Boulder Junction.
