Globe (6 August 1970)
Mr.
and Mrs. Charles Henchen and daughters visited from Friday night to Sunday night
with her brother and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Hess, in Milwaukee.
Henry
Akright and son of Sheboygan Falls visited Saturday and Sunday with Mr. and Mrs.
Paul Kuenkel and son. They returned home Sunday night.
Mr and Mrs.
Howard Clawson called at the Lebrecht Kalsow home in Neillsville Saturday
afternoon.
Miss Gloria Thoma visited Mary Hediger Thursday and was an
overnight guest there.
Mr. and Mrs. Paul Kuenkel and son and martin
Kalsow visited Friday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Kalsow.
Mr. and
Mrs. Bob Kyker of Illinois visited Mr. and Mrs. Harold Mitte Saturday afternoon.
The men were roommates at a Madison hospital at one time.
George Thoma
and son, Mrs. Dick Kesler and children, Mr. and Mrs. Steve Gress and Mr. and
Mrs. Harold Thoma enjoyed a picnic supper at the David Hoppa home Saturday
evening.
Mrs. Norman Miller of Colby and Mrs. Raymond Schlinsog and
daughter of Granton visited Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Hagen and family Sunday
afternoon.
Miss Pamela Vincent was an overnight guest of Miss Gail Thoma
Thursday.
Mr. and Mrs. Paul Kuenkel and son spent Sunday evening with Mr.
and Mrs. Hans Kalsow.
Mr. and Mrs. Herman Dux and their nephew Robert
McDonough of Chicago, were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Dux and family
Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Steve Gress of Duluth, Minn., spent the weekend with
her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Thoma, and with other relatives and friends.
Mr. and Mrs. Howard Sturtz, Sr., of Loyal visited Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Hagen
and family Thursday evening.
Mrs. Lydia Dill and Pam Abel of Greenwood
were weekend visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Mitte and family.
Mr and
Mrs. Frederick Grap, Jr., and family visited Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Ruzic and family
in Willard Sunday afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Grap and son Jerry, and
Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Zuelke of Milwaukee drove to Greenwood to visit Mrs.
Robert Lemke Saturday. In the afternoon they drove to the Globe area and visited
Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Wegner.
