THORP, WIS. - Harry Paul Hodorowski, 86, of Thorp, died Friday, Sept., 12, 2008, at Miller Alternative Care.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 15, at St. Bernard-St. Hedwig's Catholic Church. Burial will follow in New St. Hedwig's Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary service, Sunday at Thorp Funeral Home and from 9:30 a.m. until service time Monday at the church.
Harry was born Sept. 25, 1921, in Thorp to Albert J. and Mary Ann (Musial) Hodorowski. He was united in marriage to Josephine Wink on May 11, 1946, at St. Bernard's Catholic Church in Thorp. They took over the operation of his family's farm and farmed until their retirement in 1985. After their retirement, they remained on the farm until 1993, and then moved to Thorp where they bought a home. They resided at home until moving to Morgan Plaza in 2003.
He is survived by his wife, Josephine, of Thorp; three children, Kathleen (Rollie) Williams, New Berlin, Bonnie Hodorowski, East Troy, and Harry J. Hodorowski, Mukwonago; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren; one sister, Pauline Zielanis, Thorp; and one brother, Frank "Red" (Amelia) Hodorowski, Thorp.
