Abbotsford, Wis. - Mar. 4, 1920
Geo. B. Parkhill attended to legal business at Neillsville, Tuesday.
Otto Hanson, of Park Falls, was a visitor here the past week.
Leonard Olson, who had been visiting his mother and sisters here, returned to his work as fireman for the Soo Line at Minneapolis Sunday.
Alvin Goldamer sold his residence property in South Abbotsford to A. L. Notbohm. Consideration $1200.
Walter Linsted of this village died at the home of his parents on Thursday last of diphtheria after a very short illness. He was buried in the local cemetery.
The American Legion held memorial services at the Union church last Sunday evening at which they presented on behalf of the French Government, memorial certificates to the parents of Chas. F. Hanson who died in France.
The local company of national guard held its first drill in the opera house Thursday evening. We wish to announce that the drills will be private affairs until such time as the boys shall become adept at drilling when the public will be cordially invited.
