Mrs. Delas Raymond is very
sick. She is reported some better at this writing. Dr. Ross of Granton is in
attendance.
Remember the ice cream social at S. Morse's next Saturday
night.
The Ladies' Aid will meet with Mrs. W.K. Armitage on Thursday, May
26, for dinner.
Mabel Hake of Neillsville visited at Willis J. Armitage's
last Saturday night and Sunday.
Wm. Bredesen and wife of Greenwood
visited the latter's grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Theo. Brown Sunday last. J.B.
Kaudy and family visited with them. Mrs. Kaudy is aunt to Mrs. Bredesen.
Mrs. W.K. Armitage and Mrs. Chas. Broker visited at Albin Brasier's and Mrs.
Jennie Philpott's over Saturday and Sunday last at Loyal. They also called on
Harry Philpott and wife and other friends of that place.
J.B. Kaudy and
Lou Brown were in Globe on business last Thursday.
Mr. and Mrs. Albert
Neis commenced housekeeping again last week. Mrs. Chas. Shaw keeps the youngest
child with her as her daughter, Mrs. Neis' health is still quite poor.
