Nielson, Mary G. (10 August 1880 - 12 August 1970)

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary G. Neilson, 90, of Neillsville, who died August 12, were held last Friday, from the Georgas Funeral Home. The Rev. D. E. Sprague officiated. Burial was made in the Oak Grove Cemetery in La Crosse.

Mrs. Neilson was born August 10, 1880, in Germany. At the age of three years she came to the United States with her parents who located in Milwaukee and later moved to La Crosse. She married the late Jens Nielson in La Crosse. They came to Neillsville in 1928 and operated the hardware store until his death in 1933. For the last five years she had been a resident of the Memorial Home.

Survivors include: two sons, Herbert of Eau Claire, and Norman of Berkley, Mo.
