Graving, Peggy Elaine (Marriage - 8 August 1970)
Miss Peggy Elaine
Graving, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Graving of Osseo, Mn was united in
marriage to Richard Peter Chose of Neillsville, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ted Knudson
of La Crosse, August 8 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in La Crosse. The Rev.
Feroe performed the double ring ceremony in the presence of approximately 220
guests.
The bride wore a floor-length, white gown with lace overlay as
she was escorted to the altar by her father.
Miss Bonnie Graving was
maid-of-honor and Mrs. Eileen Rollins, Mrs. Shannon Graving and Mrs. Janet Puent
were bridesmaids. They wore floor-length gowns of aqua and white, and carried
colonial bouquets of pink roses and white carnations.
Gerald Christensen
was bestman. David Puent of La Crosse, Louis Graving of Minneapolis, Mn and
Bruce Graving of Butte, Mt, were groomsmen. Ushers were Glen Jones of La Crosse
and Neil Winchell of St. Nazianz.
Gary King, accompanied by Mrs. Liz
Winchell, sang. A reception was held in La Crosse, with approximately 220 guests
attending.
The bride attended Cornell College in Iowa and graduated from
Washington State University in 1970. The newlyweds will make their home at 535
Hewett Street, Neillsville.
