Meyer, Benjamin H. (17 NOV 1997 - 25 AUG 2013)

Benjamin H. Meyer, age 15, of Neillsville entered Heaven's glory with his family by his side on Sunday, August 25, 2013 at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at Grace Baptist Church, 312 E. 9th St., Marshfield, Wisconsin. Pastor Gary Holloway will officiate. A visitation will be held from 9 am until the time of services at the church in Marshfield. Burial will be at Barnes Memorial Cemetery, Barnes, WI, on Thursday.

Benjamin was born in Indonesia on November 17, 1997, to Scott and Rachel (Head) Meyer. He trusted Jesus Christ as his Savior at age 8. He enjoyed his life growing up as a missionary kid in Indonesia, and wanted to serve the Lord as a missionary pilot. He also enjoyed assembling Lego sets and reading.

Benjamin is survived by his parents, Scott and Rachel Meyer of Neillsville, and his brothers and sisters: Hannah, Abigail, Esther, Jonathan, and Caleb; his great grandparents, Don and Cora Piper, and grandmother, Harriett Head, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Benjamin's name to "New Tribes Mission" for the "Asia-Pacific Flight Subsidy."

The Hansen-Schilling funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
