The Lutheran Society met at Gilbert Thorson's Sunday.
Mrs. Londen of
Michigan is here visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gus Bahn.

Anderson and Miss Julia Johnson of Greenwood were in our burg Sunday.
Dr.
Schofield was called from Greenwood Friday to see little Charles Barr, who has
been quite sick with bronchitis, but is now on the gain.
One of John
Bowen's children is very sick with pneumonia.
Peter Peterson of Greenwood
put in three new phones last week, one at Verhulst's, Julius Sorenson's, and Ole
Jorgenson's.
The Young people's Society met with Miss Gunda Anderson
Saturday and will meet again Thursday, June 9th with Miss Matilda Bredeson.
Mr. and Mrs. Julius Thorson's little boy Wallace, age one year, 5 months,
died Sunday forenoon of typhoid pneumonia. The parents have the sympathy of the
entire community.
Miss Alda Swenson expects to start for the West next
Wednesday.
