Quite a number from here went
fishing at Hatfield Saturday, returning Sunday.
Irwin Young and Bruce
Armitage drove to Colby after the rest of John Kaudy's household good, returning
Saturday.
Howard Begley had a stone wall laid for a large barn last week.
The Ladies' Aid will meet with Mrs. James Boon Thursday, June 9th for
dinner.
Mrs. Wm. Geisler visited her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Howard,
Saturday, returning Sunday.
Presiding Elder Straw will preach at the
Methodist Church Sunday, June 5, at 2:30 p.m.
Mrs. D. Raymond is still
very sick.
Rev. Marsh and wife attended the Ladies' Aid at W.E.
Armitage's last Thursday and made a few pastoral visits in the afternoon.
S. Morse had a vee last Friday to haul blocking up farm Neillsville. He
intends to move the old barn on a stone wall he had built last summer and build
an addition to same.
Johnnie Richardson has gone to Minnesota to visit
his grandmother, Mrs. Richardson, and other relatives. He intends to remain all
summer.
