Klug, William Ellsworth (23 December 1883 - 18 September 1949)
William Klug, 65, of 278 South Hewett Street, died at 1:30 p.m. September 18, 1949. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, September 21, at 2:00 o’clock at the Bergemann Funeral Home, the Rev. N. J. Dechant officiating. Burial was made in Pine Grove Cemetery at Loyal.
Mr. Klug was born to Ernest and Mary Moluter Klug at Silver Creek, Sheboygan County, on December 23, 1883. He left Silver Creek prior to his marriage and worked as a mason; also at the brewery at Random Lake. On November 8, 1910, he was married to Minnie Senglub at Random Lake. In 1920 they moved to a farm near Loyal, where they lived until 1928, when they moved to Neillsville, where he has since resided.
Besides his widow he is survived by six children; Merlin Klug of Cameron, Wis.; Gerald Klug, Wausau; Julia Reber Poirier, Neillsville; Wilmer Klug of Wausau; Delmar Klug of Milwaukee; and Earl Klug, who just returned from the United States Air Force; also one brother, Dr. John Klug of Random Lake and one sister, Mrs. Arthur Young of Reedsville, Wis.
