Gundreson, Selma (24 Nov 1907)
The marriage of Miss Selma Gunderson to
Mr. A.J. Mergener took place at the home of the bride’s parents at Scanlon,
Minn., Sunday, Nov. 24, 1907, at 1 o’clock p.m. The bride was attended by the
groom’s sister, Miss Lynch Mergener, of Duluth, and the groom by Mr. Willie
Gunderson, the bride’s brother. The bride was dressed in a dress of silver gray
henrietta with a veil and carried a bouquet of white roses and carnations.
About 75 people were present and supper was served after which the out of
town guests left for Duluth on the 5 o’clock train. Many beautiful and costly
presents were received.
Mr. and Mrs. A.J. Mergener will reside at Duluth,
where they will make their future home.
