administrator of the hospital.

The Rev. Joseph R. Kraly was installed as the new pastor of Trinity Lutheran
Church, Loyal, Sunday, October 7, 1979. Performing the rites of installation
during morning worship service was Rev. Vernon Anderson, president of the
Northern Wisconsin District of the American Lutheran Church.
Pastor Kraly, his wife Beverly and two sons, Christopher and Joey, moved to
Loyal last week from Caroline, Wisconsin. He had served parishes of Zion and
Peace Lutheran in that area since 1973.
Born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio, Pastor Kraly graduated from Capital
University in Columbus, Ohio in 1959, and from the Evangelical Lutheran
Theological Seminary (now Trinity Seminary) in Columbus in 1963.

At a 7 p.m. candlelight services on Saturday, September 29, 1979, Sheila Lea
Gifford, 302 W. Madison, Eau Claire, became the bride of Albert Gene Ward,
Loyal.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Roderick Gifford, 2812 Hamilton Avenue,
Altoona, and Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Ward, Loyal.
The wedding was conducted at the First Congregational Church in Eau Claire, with
the Reverend M. W. Close officiating.
Attending the bride as matron of honor was Mrs. Linda Phillips. Sara Gifford and
Chandra Phillips served as bridesmaids.
Best man was Steve Ward. Richard McBride, Jr. and Randy Ward were groomsmen.
Robert Phillips, Jr. performed ushering duties.
A reception was held at the Rod and Gun Club in Seymour Township.
Following a wedding trip to Missouri, the couple will be at home at 4721 White
Avenue, Eau Claire.

Miss Theisen is a 1973 graduate of Loyal High School and a 1977 University of
Wisconsin, Madison graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree. She is a food
technologist for Kroger Company, Cincinnati, Ohio.
Mr. Blubaugh graduated from Waynesboro High School in 1970, from John Hopkins
University, Baltimore, Maryland, in 1974, with a Bachelor’s degree in
engineering science; and a 1979 graduate of Carnegie-Mellon University,
Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
He is a marketing associate at the Optical Information Systems, Elmsford, New
York.
A December 29, 1979 wedding at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Loyal, is being
planned by the couple.

Stevens Point. He is now employed at St. Joseph’s Hospital as ingredient
controller in the kitchen.
They met as camp counselors at Camp Lun-gren in Northern Wisconsin.

the business.
Mrs. Thomas had completed a Wisconsin School of Real Estate course earlier this
