About 35 of Ida Carter’s friends surprised her Thursday evening. All report a good time.
Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Short are visiting friends at Osseo.
Mrs. Joe Green and Allen visited at J. R. Carter’s Saturday.
E. C. Carter and Gus Nelson are pressing hay at the poor farm.
Ida Carter joined the literary society at Carlisle Saturday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Short visited at Joe Green’s Sunday.
Percy Grace is working for E. C. Carter and G. Nelson.
Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Carter and family visited relatives at Carlisle Sunday.
Mr. W. A. Forbes had the misfortune of breaking his cutter Friday.
Re. Luther will preach at Shortville Sunday afternoon a 3 o’clock.
Re. Willan will hold meetings in the Lloyd school house this week.
