Hoefferle, Matthew P. "Heff" (November 29, 1980 - October 28, 2008)
Matthew P. "Heff" Hoefferle, 27, of the town of Longwood in Clark County, died Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at his residence.
Funeral services were held October 31 at the Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home in Abbotsford, Wis. The Rev. Kenneth A. Dix presided. Private committal services with Matthew’s family will take place at a later date.
Matthew was born in Marshfield on November 29, 1980 to Leonard and Doris (Singer) Hoefferle.
He attended grade school in Athens and later attended high school in Owen.
Matthew held various jobs in the Owen-Withee area including welding and truck driving and painting. He enjoyed driving all kinds of equipment especially tractors, combines, trucks and bikes, the outdoors, hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his mother, Doris (Thomas) Kopp, Owen; his paternal grandmother, Marion Yanko, Rib Lake; a sister, Melissa (Allen) Siikarla, Athens; two step-sisters, Milissa and Michelle and one step-brother, Paul.
Matthew was preceded in death by his father Leonard Hoeffferle, St., and his brother, Leonard Hoefferle, Jr.
