Dahlke, William (26 November 1875 - 24 May 1950)
Funeral services for William Dahlke, 74, of Humbird, a former resident of Granton, were held Saturday afternoon from the funeral home in Black River Falls, with burial in the Hatfield Cemetery. He died on Wednesday at the hospital in Black River Falls.
Pallbearers were Archie and Peter Fradenburg, Archie Sparks, Clarence Olson, Harry Hart and William Kingrose, all of Humbird.
Mr. Dahlke was born November 26, 1875, at Marathon City, where he received his education. He lived for many years at Granton and but a few years ago moved to Humbird, where he was engaged in farming.
Surviving are his widow and seven children: Mrs. Charles Wondrash (Golda) of Two Rivers; Mrs. William Beach (Ruth) of Bessemer, Ala., Mrs. Howard Maupin (Mabel) of Bloomfield, Mo., Elroy of Spencer, Henry of Granton, Mrs. John Grassman (Dorothy) of Lynn, Mrs. John Lucas (Fern) of Marshfield, two stepsons, Arthur Marohl of Tomah and Joseph of Florida, eighteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
