Morrison, Helen Hope (18 Feb. 1924 - 11 Nov. 2008)

NEILLSVILLE -- Helen Hope Morrison, 84, of Neillsville died Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2008, at the Memorial Health and Rehabilitation Center in Neillsville.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15, at the Living Hope Evangelical Free Church in Neillsville. Interment will be in the Butlerville Cemetery in Thorp.

Visitation will be from noon until service time Saturday at the church.

The Gesche Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.

Helen was born Feb. 18, 1924, in the town of Bridge Creek to Alpha and Hattie (Moore) Hall. She was united in marriage to Edmond Morrison on Jan. 14, 1944, in Stanley. They lived in the town of Foster then they moved to Eau Claire. Helen moved to Neillsville after Edmond died in 1979.

She is survived by five children, Tom (Maria) Morrison, Baronette, Dixie (Fred) Faul, Granton, Bonnie (Harold) Johnson, Sheldon, Roxie Morrison, Willard, and Rochelle Watkins, Eau Claire; 13 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Ruth Hansen, Augusta.
