McTrillian, Casper (29 May 1878 - 29 Mar. 1957)
Casper (Torrison) McTrillian of Curtiss, Wisconsin died at the Memorial Hospital in Stanley Friday at the age of 78 years. Funeral services were conducted at the Hoeper and Kraut Funeral Home in Owen Monday and internment was made in the Lutheran cemetery in the town of Hoard. Rev. Max E. Wilhelm, pastor of St. Paul’s Ev. Lutheran church in Curtiss, officiated. Pall bearers were Jake Johnson, George Koerner, Henry Buss, William Fahrenbach, Jr., Franklin Kraut and Orville A. Laabs.
Mr. McTrillian was born in Norway on May 29, 1878, and came to the United States as a child. Before he retired, he worked as a mason and woodsman. He never married.
He is survived by one brother, Alfred Torrison of Denver, Colo., and one sister, Mrs. Clayton (Minnie) Lewis of Winchester, Idaho. Two sisters and a brother preceded him in death.
