Nystrom, Gary Alan (19 Jan. 1955 - 22 Apr. 1957)

Gary Alan Nystrom, two-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Nystrom of Embarrass, died April 22 at St. Elizabeth hospital, Appleton, after a short illness.

He was born January 19, 1955, at Quonset Point, Route 1, and later moved with his parents to Embarrass.

Gary is survived by his parents; grand parents, Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Zimdars of Embarrass and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Nystrom of Colby; great grand parents, Mr. and Mrs. Emil Zimdars of Shawano and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Konkel of Pella; an uncle, John Zimdars of Embarrass; an aunt, Mrs. Charles Gumemrson of Oak Park, Ill., and a cousin, Janice Gummerson of Oak Park, Ill.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon, April 24, at 2:00 P.M. at Zion Lutheran church, Embarrass, with Rev. Edgar Berg officiating. Burial was made in the church cemetery.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Nystrom spent several days last week at Embarrass where they attended the funeral services for their two-year-old grandson, whose parents are Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Nystrom. The child died unexpectedly April 21 of pneumonia. Funeral services were held Wednesday, April 24. Mr. and Mrs. William A. Bauer and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Gierl also attended the funeral.
