The West Side Homemakers held their family potluck supper
Saturday evening in the Warner Town hall. After the meal cards were played.
Mr. and Mrs. Walter Decker are spending several weeks visiting relatives and
friends in Seattle, Wash.
Mr. and Mrs. Harlan Brux visited in Stevens
Point Sunday and at the mike Kowieski home in Auburndale.
Donald Sowieja
and his fiancée, Miss Nancy Heasley, returned to Minot, N. D. Saturday after a
10-day visit with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Sowieja. They were honored
with a bridal shower at the Sowieja home. The young couple will be married
October 10 at Minot, where he is stationed.
Miss Monica Brux, daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Harlan Brux, Darwin Vollrath, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Vollrath,
and Leslie Fontaine, son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Fontaine, returned Sunday to
DePere, where they attend St. Norbert’s College.
Mr. and Mrs. Richard
Adler and Mr and Mrs. Reynold Syth returned after a seven-day trip west, where
they visited Glacier Park and Yellowstone National Park.
