Funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon, Oct. 3, for Mrs. Henry (Anne) Schuette, 78, of Unity, Wisconsin, who died on Tuesday, Sept. 28, while visiting relatives at Antigo. The Rev. M. C. Goetsch officiated at the 1 o’clock services at the Schuette home and at 2 o’clock service at St. Luke’s Evangelical Lutheran church in South Green Grove. Interment took place in the Green Grove cemetery.
Pallbearers were five sons, Hugo, Walter, Henry, Arthur and Edwin Schuette, and a grandson, Maynard Schuette. In charge of the flowers were 13 granddaughters, Audrey, Darlene, Ethel, Arlene, Beatrice, Evelyn, Lucille, Elpha, Blanche, Irene and Dorothy Schuette, Eva Joan Lange and Sylvia Schwartz.
Out of town relatives and friends at the funeral included Mr. and Mrs. Walter Schuette and family of Neenah, Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Schuette and family of Manitowoc, Mrs. Freda Schuette and sons Maynard and Elton of Braddock, N. D., Mrs. Augusta Goetsch and Mr. and Mrs. Dan Kottke of Fond du Lac, Mr. and Mrs. William Schuette, Mrs. William Fehring, Mrs. Adelia Kiel, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Klinker, Mrs. Emma Neuman, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Meyer and Mrs. Emil Franz, all of Manitowoc, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Smith of Malone, Mr. and Mrs. Math Holtzman of Calvary, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Driscoll, and Mrs., Marie Schultz of Spencer, Mr. and Mrs. William Kuehl and Mr. and Mrs. Bert Krohn of Marshfield, Adolph Krei of Stetsonville, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Dahlke and Mr. and Mrs. William Kickbush of Boyd and Otto Weyhmiller, Mrs. August Fricke and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Wehrman of Loyal.
The Tribune extends to the bereaved relatives its sympathy.
