Cutts, Arthur #2 (15 FEB 1872 - 17 NOV 1943)

Arthur Cutts, 71, who was taken to St. Joseph’s hospital in Marshfield late last Tuesday afternoon, died there at 9:25 a.m. Wednesday of blood poisoning having injured his hand some time ago.

Born in Oxford, Conn., on Feb.15, 1872, he came to Unity with his parents in 1875. His marriage to Lena Heintz took place on Dec. 11, 1894.

Surviving besides his wife are his aged mother, Mrs. Lydia Cutts, of Unity, Wisconsin, and six children, Rollo Cutts of Hollingsworth, O., Mrs. Nathan (Hazel) Carnell of Eau Claire, Mrs. Frederick (Amy) McIntyre of Superior, LaVerne Cutts of Christie, Eldred Cutts of Madison and Adrian Cutts, at home.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Methodist church and interment was made in the Brighton cemetery.

The bereaved have the sympathy of the community.
