Beyerl, Martha Elnore (Marriage - 11 May 1934)
Miss Martha Elnore Beyerl, daughter of Frank Beyerl, town of Colby, became the bride of William James Dolan, son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Dolan, at a service solemnized Friday morning, May 11th, at 8 o’clock, in St. Mary’s Catholic church at Colby, Father L. J. Lang officiating.
The bride was attired in a gown of white taffeta, with white hat and pumps, and her shoulder bouquet was of mixed flowers. The bridesmaid, Miss Laura Beyerl, sister of the bride, wore a gown of light blue taffeta, with blue hat and shoulder bouquet.
Clarence Dolan, brother of the groom, acted as best man.
Following the ceremony a reception was held and breakfast served to the immediate relatives at the home of the bride’s aunt, Mrs. A. R. Beyerl, with whom she made her home.
The bride has been employed as a beauty operator at Marshfield and Mr. Dolan has held two banking positions, having been assistant cashier at Loyal and cashier of the bank at Galesburg. He is now employed as an accountant at Neillsville and the young couple will be at home to their friends in that city, upon their return from a trip to southern Wisconsin, June 1st.
Hosts of friends join us in extending congratulations and wishing Mr. and Mrs. Dolan much happiness.
