Hansen, Ingeborg #2 (14 OCT 1863 - 13 DEC 1947)

Mrs. Ingeborg Hansen was born in Vassavagen, Norway, Oct. 14, 1863, and came to this county in 1887. She was united in marriage to Jorgen M. Hansen and settled on a farm west of Curtiss (Clark Co., Wis.), where she resided until the death of her husband in 1933. Since that time she had made her home with her children in Minnesota.

She passed away Dec. 13, 1947, at the home of her daughter at Bethel, Minn., at the age of 84 years, 1 month and 29 days.

Surviving to mourn her death are a son, Christ Hansen of Eden Valley, Minnesota, and two daughters, Mrs. Glen Beach of Bethel, Minn., and Mrs. F. B. Raiche of Minneapolis, Minn., and 16 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her husband and two daughters, Mrs. Hans Tronstad of Baker, Mont., and Mrs. Theresa Johnson of Owen.

Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, Dec. 17, 1947, from the Norwegian Lutheran Church at Curtiss, with the Rev. Borreson officiating. Interment was made in the family lot of the church cemetery.

Pallbearers were Arthur and Theodore Thompson, Alfred and Cornell Erickson, Ed Peterson and Morris Moilund.
