Garrott, Mary Imogene (Marriage - 3 Aug. 1957)
Mary Imogene Garrott, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Garrott of Exlanger, Ky., and George Krepsky of Colby were united in marriage Saturday, August 3, 1957, at St. Stephens church in Minneapolis, Minn., Father Salt officiating at the marriage services.
The bride was attired in an ice blue gown with lace bodice and train over satin. Her bouquet consisted of white roses. Genevieve Neck of Colby, her matron of honor, wore a blue taffeta dress and her bouquet also consisted of white roses.
The groom was attended by his brother-in-law, Clarence Neck of Colby, Wis.
A reception was held at the new home of the bride and groom at 5021 Lakeside Ave., Minneapolis, Minn. Home decorations consisted of red roses.
The couple is now at home but will make a wedding trip to Kentucky in September.
The bride’s mother, who visited the bride and groom during the week of the wedding, wore a light blue dress with white accessories. Her corsage consisted of roses. Other guests at the wedding were friends from Minneapolis, Minn.
