Acker, Betty Jane (Marriage - 1950)

Now residing in Milwaukee are Mr. and Mrs. Richard M. Mikolajczyk, whose recent marriage occurred at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Owen.

The bride is the former Betty Jane Acker, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Acker of Greenwood. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Mikolajczyk of West Allis.

The bride chose for her wedding a gown of white satin and lace embroidered with rhinestones. Her fingertip veil was attached to a headdress of rhinestones and she carried a cascade bouquet of gardenias and red and white roses.

Attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Gene Krawczyk of Milwaukee, brother-in-law and sister of the groom, Miss Vivian Creg, Owen, and Theodore Acker, brother of the bride, of Greenwood.

The groom is a graduate of the Boys’ Tech of Milwaukee and the bride is a graduate of the Greenwood High School.
