Ted Schwamb was taken to the
Neillsville hospital Thursday, where he was operated on for appendicitis. We
wish him a speedy recovery.
John and Frank Champa were Fairchild callers
Saturday.
Grandpa Trunkel passed away Thursday at the age of 89 years. He
has been making his home with his son John, and until recently has been able to
get around in spite of his advanced age. Funeral was held at Willard Saturday
and his body was laid to rest in Holy Family Cemetery.
Pete Larson is
assisting at the F. Morgal home these days.
Geo. Merlak and his crew of
Neillsville have finished the barn for John Pernic.
Mark McConnell and
family have moved to Pine Valley near Neillsville.
Tony Stremikis
assisted John Pernic in building his barn.
Allen Sapiego visited with
Frank Pozega Sunday afternoon.
Anton Sapiego and family are entertaining
company from Sheboygan.
