Senior Honor Students
The scholastic honor group of the Greenwood
High School Class of 1938 is composed of Eileen Behrens, Phyllis Swenson, Melvin
Mech, Ruth Vamstad, Lorraine Schwarze, Eulilla Emberson, Marguerite Wells, Ann
Koschak, Marian Bredesen and Helen Hintz. These students make up the upper
quarter of the class which will graduate on June second.
Eileen Behrens
and Phyllis Swenson are tied for high honors of the class, both having the same
scholastic average for studies pursued during the four years attendance in high
school.
C.M.T.C. Enrollees
Edward Bayuk, Laverne Brown and Wm.
Schwarze have filed applications with the Fifth Sector Headquarters of the U.S.
Army at Wausau to attend the thirty day Citizens' Military Training Camp at Ft.
Snelling, Minn., during the month of July.
Easter Vacation
School
close for the Easter holidays on Wednesday afternoon and will reopen on
Wednesday morning, April 20th.
