Announcements have been received here (Greenwood, Clark Co., Wis.) of the marriage of Miss Jessie L. Barr, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. A.C. Barr of this city, to Robert E. Hopfer of Carrolton, Pa., which took place in San Diego, Calif., May 14, 1938 at 3:00 p.m. at the Parish House, Father Forsythe officiating.

Mrs. Hopfer was a graduate of the Greenwood High School with the class of 1929, and is a graduate nurse.

Mr. Hopfer is First Class Boatswain Mate of the U.S. Navy. They will make their home in San Diego, Calif.
