Vetterkind, Rose L. #2 (28 AUG 1948)
Miss Rose Vetterkind, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Vetterkind, Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), was married to Benjamin Carl Mehlberg, Thorp, August 28, 1948, by Justice of the Peace, O. E. Parkinson, Owen. Miss Lois A. Mengel and Arthur Doege were the attendants.
A grey crepe dress, white veiled hat and white accessories were worn by the bride. Supper was served at the Charles Vetterkind home, where the couple will reside after a honeymoon in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
A large group of friends and relatives attended a wedding party after the supper. They danced to accordion and violin music furnished by Rudolph Mengel, uncle for the bride.
