Frank
Budzinski, 82, formerly a Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.) area resident, passed away in
Chicago on Saturday, Jan. 1st, 1966.
Mr. Budzinski was born Oct. 5, 1883
in Poland. He came to the states in 1885 with his parents, the late Mr. and Mrs.
Joe Budzinski, settling in the town of Withee. He later moved to the town of
Reseburg, and in 1943 moved to Chicago, where he worked for Ryerson's Steel Co.
for several years. On Oct. 7, 1904 he was united in marriage to Mary Kryzanski,
who preceded him in death, at St. Hedwig's Church, Thorp. On May 28, 1954, he
was married to Mary Piecuski in Chicago.
Funeral services were held at
DeNicolo Funeral Home, Chicago, with services at St. Anne's Church on Wednesday,
Jan. 5th at ten a.m. Pallbearers were all grandsons of the decease: Eugene
Budzinski of Thorp; Robert and Walter Egan, Dave McGowan Jr., jerry Suter and
Larry Kosiba, all of Chicago.
Surviving are his wife Mary; 2 sons, John
of Thorp and Frank of Wheaton, Ill.; three daughters, Mrs. Louise Egan, Mrs.
Dave (Mary) McGowan Sr., Mr. Helen Hodes, all of Chicago; three step-daughters,
Mrs. Ray (Gene) Weiler, Mrs. Andy (Frances) Kosiba, Mrs. Joe (Charlotte) Suter;
three brothers, Stanley of Gilman, John of Tarzana, Calif., and Joe; four
sisters, Josephine, Rose, Mary and Katherine, all of Chicago.
Preceding
him in death also, are one daughter, Bernice, one son, Joseph, one brother
Toney, and one sister, Frances.
