Leo Ronald Larson, 24, Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), died
at 9 p.m. a week ago Tuesday of injuries sustained in a truck collision at 2:30
pm. Tuesday at Woodstock, Ill. Larson was driving a truck for Master Package
Corp. of Owen, which was involved in a collision with another truck.
Mr.
Larson was born Nov. 12, 1941, in Seif township Clark County, and was a graduate
of Owen-Withee High School. He also had attended the Vocational School in Eau
Claire. Her served in the U.S. Navy before receiving a medical discharge.
His marriage to Ruth Anderson took place Sept. 29, 1962, at the Holy Rosary
Catholic Church in Owen. Mr. Larson was employed as a mechanic at the West Side
Garage in Withee, and as a truck driver for Master Package Corp. in Owen.
In addition to his wife, survivors include two sons, Robert, 2, and
Jonathon, 1; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Larson, Fort Atkinson; two sister,
Mrs. William Krause, Owen; and Mrs. D. Buchager, Loyal; and two brother, John,
Helena, Mont., and Lars, Wausau.
