Tommy Hanson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Hanson, was taken to the hospital at Madison on Sunday for treatment.

Dr. and Mrs. W. W. McNown announce the birth of a daughter at the Chippewa Falls hospital on Wednesday morning, April 6.

Chester Culler of Wilbur, Wash., was a visitor here on Saturday morning last. Mr. Culler left here with his parents about forty years ago when the family moved to Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. His father, H. A. Culler, was agent at the Wis. Central Railroad Depot here for many years.

Mr. and Mrs. Paul Konieczny and Mr. and Mrs. John Tomkowiak of Withee, spent Sunday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Martin Tomkowiak.

Mr. and Mrs. Louis Page Jr. moved to Eau Claire last week, where he will be employed.

Mr. and Mrs. Wendel Hottmann and four children of Arena, Wis., spent the weekend visiting Mrs. Hottmann’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. J. Anyzewski.
