A. G. Engeldinger, son of Albert Engeldinger of Colby, is scheduled to complete recruit training March 26 at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, Calif. The 11-week course includes instruction in all basic military subjects and the firing of all basic infantry weapons. Upon completion of training new Marines are assigned to a unit for further infantry training or to one of the many Marine Corps schools.
