LOCAL ITEMS OF INTEREST
Mr. and Mrs. Henry Machlett Jr., of Cleveland, Ohio and Mrs. F. F. Machlett spent the week end with friends at Virginia, Minnesota.
Mr. and Mrs. R. H. Morgan and children and Miss Lenore Rahn spent several days during the week at the Lakes in Northern Wisconsin and Michigan.
Mr. and Mrs. B. B. Green and Mrs. L. Neitzel and daughter visited the home of Mr. and Mrs. R. S. Green.

Mrs. H. Machlett Sr., returned Saturday from Chippewa Falls where she had been receiving medical treatment.
Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Wagner and daughter of Thorp were Sunday visitors at the Fred Ostenson home.
Found, Someone of the crew who helped to clear up the storm wreckage at Jakel farm left a light weight mackinaw there.
Mr. and Mrs. C. Ravy and family of Unity called Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Grant Herrick
Tuesday morning Mrs. Amelia Aldinger passed away at her home here after an illness of a few days. An obituary will be published next week.
