Funeral services
for Robert Soeller were held Thursday morning at 10 o'clock at St. Bernard's
Catholic Church. Father Francis Brockman was celebrant of the Requiem High Mass.
Friends and relatives attended services from Milwaukee, Chicago, Campbellsport,
West Bend, Lamaria, St. Paul, Chippewa Falls, Stanley, Boyd and Edson.
The pallbearers were Men Forresters, Ray Baldeschwiler, Ray Ketterhagen, Ervin
Ketterhagn, Frank Benzschawel, Leo Dulek and Pat Soderberg.
Robert
Soeller was born May 7, 1921 in Stanley, Wis. His marriage to Bernice
Benzschawel took place Sept. 7, 1942 at St. Bernard's Catholic Church in Thorp.
Mr. Soeller had been employed at cheese factories in the Stanley and Boy
area until 1959. Since that time, he had been employed at the Midland
Cooperative here.
He is survived by his wife, Bernice Ann; three
daughters, Geraldine at home; Mrs. Don (Marlene) Ulberg, Minneapolis; Mrs.
Robert (Darlene) Olock, Biloxi, Mississippi; two sisters, Mrs. Ervin Geisler,
Greenwood; Mrs. Joe Kumbera, Milwaukee; and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alex
Soeller, Thorp. Interment was at St. Bernard's Cemetery.
